ROLE DESCRIPTION
Daniel Lottinger - State Farm Agentis hiring a limited number of full-time, in-office Insurance Sales team members to support our growth in Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life and fill the role of Telemarketer - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generate new business by executing a structured activity plan, including
- Inbound lead follow-up
- Outbound calling and outreach
- Prospecting and converting qualified leads into opportunities
- Manage customer accounts by keeping customer and policy details accurate and up to date in the CRM/database.
- Support customers with
- Policy questions and general inquiries
- Policy changes and updates
- Clear guidance on coverage options and next steps
- Partner with underwriters to help applications and requests move forward efficiently and support timely policy issuance.
- Maintain follow-through by tracking performance, documenting calls/statuses, and ensuring next steps are completed so leads don’t slip away.
- Represent the agency professionally with strong communication and a customer-first mindset at every touchpoint.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Team player with a competitive spirit and a positive attitude.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills (friendly, clear, confident).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail—accuracy is essential in insurance.
- Basic computer skills and comfort working in a CRM/database.
- Previous experience at an insurance agency is a plus, or being currently P&C and/or Life licensed.
- Prior sales and/or call center experience is a plus.
- Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.

This is a licensed Insurance Sales position.
