So I used to have State Farm insurance years back but I encountered such a horrible experience that inevitably ended with no resolution and such a distaste for them that I left after being with them for over 6 years. Now in the midst of searching for auto insurance policy for my most recent purchase, I started receiving calls from varies insurance companies. But one conversation really stood out. I received a call from a gentleman named Mark who was affiliate with State Farm insurance but different agent group he was with the Daniel Lottinger office. Throughout the conversation and much to my surprise, I inevitably decided to actually give State Farm a second chance. Which ONLY became a possibility because of the very long, very insightful, and very real conversation I experienced with Mark due to his demeanor, his mannerisms, his personality, and top-notch customer service skills. Seriously, he was admit about redeemed this insurance agency by guaranteing the maximum amount of coverage, the most affordable policy available, as well as provide excellent customer service. In such a short period of time, I have gathered that Mark is just the absolute best because he's helpful, knowledgeable, and genuine. Mark takes the time to explain things in detail, hes efficient with his work, while making you feel heard. Additionally, his response time is quick and he makes a point to follow-up and doesn't make empty promises. Instead he sincerely listens to your thoughts/concerns and accommodating from start to finish.
